We want you to love your tools for efficient living, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on all orders within 45 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Print Your Prepaid Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid FedEx shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the product in its original box with all accessories and tape the prepaid label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized FedEx location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
